Direct orders = budget ÷ cost per order. Pre-sale orders = budget ÷ cost per registration × registration-to-purchase conversion. Tickets = orders × average tickets per order. One order per purchasing registrant is assumed. Counts are rounded for display; calculations retain full precision. This compares ad spend only and excludes messaging, platform and ticketing fees. It assumes the entered acquisition costs and conversion rates hold for your budget, with enough demand and ticket inventory.

Book a demo

Before you book

Can we try it before our main event?

Use the walkthrough above to see the fan experience. In your demo, we can explore what a first-event test would involve, including the scope, setup and costs.

How much setup does our team need to do?

Bring your launch date, ticketing provider and registration source to the demo. We’ll review the required setup, including your WhatsApp Business account, and clarify what your team needs to prepare and what Innercrowd handles.

What will the campaign cost?

We’ll confirm the platform, WhatsApp messaging and ticket-related charges for your campaign. The calculator compares ad spend only; it does not include these additional costs.

Why register people before selling tickets?

Registration lets you capture interest, build a direct audience and understand demand before launch. Give fans a meaningful reason to register, such as early access, and make clear when the sale will open.

Does WhatsApp Shop replace email?

No. The campaign combines WhatsApp Shop and email. Email keeps fans informed, while the WhatsApp invitation gives them a personal purchase flow when tickets go live.

What does the 65% conversion figure mean?

It is Innercrowd's customer average for registrations that lead to a purchase with WhatsApp Shop plus email. It counts purchasers, not tickets. The calculator's tickets-per-order input accounts for group purchases separately.

Are the calculator results a guarantee?

No. The ad costs are editable examples. Results depend on demand, acquisition costs, timing and your campaign. The 43.3% email-only and 65% WhatsApp Shop + email conversion rates were observed in earlier Innercrowd campaigns. The calculator excludes messaging, platform and ticketing fees.

Is phone confirmation part of the instant form?

Phone confirmation happens in a separate follow-up. Meta and TikTok collect the initial details through their instant forms. We can help map how your lead source connects to the registration journey.

Does the shop work with our ticketing?

Orders, payments and ticket delivery stay with your supported ticketing provider. We’ll check your provider and ticket types during the demo. See the integrations page for the current list.
